Written information needs to be easy to use, easy to understand, accurate, and complete:
"If language is not correct, then what is said is not what is meant; if what is said is not what is meant, then what ought to be done remains undone."
This simple observation is just as true today as it was 2500 years ago now applying to written information as well as to speech. But there's good news:
"Nothing is so complicated that it cannot be simply explained."
True, but simple explanations are the result of hard work. Information needs to be designed the writing itself is the easy bit. This site describes the process for creating successful information and how I can help.
