Written information needs to be easy to use, easy to understand, accurate, and complete:

"If language is not correct, then what is said is not what is meant; if what is said is not what is meant, then what ought to be done remains undone."

This simple observation is just as true today as it was 2500 years ago — now applying to written information as well as to speech. But there's good news:

"Nothing is so complicated that it cannot be simply explained."

Albert Einstein

True, but simple explanations are the result of hard work. Information needs to be designed — the writing itself is the easy bit. This site describes the process for creating successful information and how I can help.
